Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with company's subsidiaries
• Liaise with operation and sales department to settle any company invoices under dispute
• Handle company's netting payment
• Handle overhead company supplier invoices & posting into accounting system
• Check and process staff reimbursement monthly claim
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Netting experience preferred
• Good knowledge in freight forwarding or shipping is an advantage
