Job Scope:

• Payment Support
• Check the invoice usage info, including but not limited to:
  • Billing item accuracy
  • Usage amount accuracy
  • Due payment amount consistency
  • Initiate dispute upon discrepancy of the usage or billing amount
  • Process payment before the due date of individual invoice
  • Track and maintain payment status of each invoice
  • Coordinate vendor billing info change per instructed.
• Reconcile with external parties on outstanding balance in a timely basis
• Provide ad hoc reporting by relevant parties before deadline
• Maintain the accuracy of historical data and records
• Provide support in accounting, audit and tax preparation
• Implement data entry, validation, and process big volumes data per requests
• Communicate internally and externally to participate in different projects per requests

Requirements:

• 2 years and above related experiences
• Self-starter with the ability to fully implement mission-critical processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate with consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of closely partnering with teammates to reach a collective goal
• Demonstrated learning orientation and ability to research and resolve issues
• Firm understanding of the importance of securely handling highly confidential information
• Prior experience managing and improving operational processes
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
• Commitment to mission-based work, especially in support of people of marginalized identities
• Experience using web-based systems to enter, process and receive data is good to have
• Able to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Willing and flexible to work with teammates in different time zones
• Problem-solving, analytical and time management skills

Additional Information:

• Salary - Open for discussion
• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9 to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
• Location: CBD
