- Supports operation in data entry and documentation
- Assist Sales Team in any administration duties
- Performs a variety of administrative functions
- Schedules appointments, gives information to callers and customer service
- Composes and send Card Member communication
- Communicate with Card Members for logistics arrangement
- Backing up team members' role and responsibilities in their absence
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Reports to a supervisor or manager
- At least 1 year of experience in Admin related role.
- Good with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently
