- To support country manager in admin support
- To manage receptionist duties - Answering phone calls, attending to visitors
- Arranging for local courier collection
- To oversees office supplies and pantry items
- Manage facility booking and update invoices for expenses processing
- Administrator for facility booking
- Assist and liaise on corporate mobile phone management
- Application of Staff card & Visitor pass/Building lift pass
- Update of Corporate hotel rates
- Ordering of meals/refreshment when needed for group meeting or training
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Min 2 years of relevant experiences
- Min diploma or equivalent
Location
- Commonwealth/ buona vista
- 5 days' work week
