  1. Orders Processing (ESEA)
  • Get from end user their details
  • Fill up sales order form
  • Send to UK for processing
  • Follow up for Sales Order Acknowledgement
  • Check Sales Order Acknowledgement when received
  • Send to Customer when all in order
  • If SOA is not in order, liaise with UK on the errors

  1. Shipment arranging - SEA & TAIWAN
  • SEA, follow up on the shipment ETA, liaise with customers on details required
  • Do Performa invoice, send to customer for confirmation then send to UK to arrange for ship out

  1. Shipment follow up
  • Due to a lot of delays in shipment, hence requires this meeting to ensure shipment are on time and the reason for delay if any

  1. Payment (LC, Invoice, Commercial Invoice, ETC) - SEA
  • Follow up customer's payment
  • Check and Chase payment

  1. Weekly report on Sales Data

  1. Demo Unit Request

  1. CRM Order database and contact Key in for SEA & Australia
  • Key in new lead, conference, existing, new customers' list when received from team
  • Key in SEA sales order's details (Configuration)

  1. Fill up / Set up Supplier or Vendor details in their mode eg. form, online

  1. CRM System
  • Key in customers' data for new accounts, leads and orders

  1. Upload invoice to customer system
  • Online submission of invoice to customer's system
  • Online fill up details for invoice
