Job Scope:
- Reception duties and Office Management (business card ordering, rental agreement renew and etc)
- Administrative duties, supporting a team of 5
- Connect with Public Relation agency for external branding
- HR experience like on/off boarding, employee communication, exit process mgmt.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years HR and administrative experience
- Ability to work independently under min supervision
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Salary - Up to S$3.5K per month + 1-month bonus
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Contract duration: 12-month contract
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Beach Centre, City Hall Mrt Station
