Job Scope:
HR:
- Update details of each staff.
- Staff personal leave planner (Monthly report to HR).
- Staff travel plan (Assist in bookings, oversee trip expenses, and monthly report to Controller).
- Update staff insurance (Email)
- Liberty Insurance (Work Injury Compensation Insurance)
- HSBC Insurance (Employee Benefit)
- AIG Insurance (Travel Insurance)
Administration:
- Take note on the office lease expiration date.
- Payment from vendors (Office rental, utilities, and other monthly payment).
- Yearly procurement checking or in between request.
- New staff orientation and other setup for the laptop and other devices (if any).
- Weekly office cleaning.
- Quarterly aircond and printer checking.
Logistics Admin:
- Certificate or Origin/ Trade & Shipping Documents [Endorsement to Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC)
Requirements:
- Poly graduation or with 1~2 years admin experience.
- Expert in excel and good administrative and time management
Additional Information:
- Salary - S$3K per month
- Contract duration: 4-month contract, maternity coverage
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon - Fri: 9am to 6pm
- Location: Jalan Pemimpin, Marymount MRT
