Job Scope
- Scheduling of meetings/appointments, handling calls and answering requests, etc.
- Physical retrieval, indexing, scanning, photocopying and re-packing of documents.
- Raising purchase orders, invoices processing.
- Filing of documents, preparation of meeting materials.
- Perform secretarial and general administrative duties including updating various records & replying to correspondence/mails/faxes/billings.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in any related field.
- At least 3 years of administrator experience in a banking environment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- With excellent multi-tasking skills and presents a high level of professionalism and good working attitude.
