  • Scheduling of meetings/appointments, handling calls and answering requests.
  • Physical retrieval, indexing, scanning, photocopying, and re-packing of documents.
  • Raising purchase orders, invoices processing.
  • Filing of documents, preparation of meeting materials.
  • Perform secretarial and general administrative duties including updating various records & replying to correspondence / mails / faxes / billings.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned.


  • 'O' level or higher
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Administration, Operations, or Secretarial role.
  • Good to have experience in scanning, filing, archiving etc.
  • Keen eye for details.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
