Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, handle phone calls, and respond to general requests and enquiries.
  • Retrieve, index, scan, photocopy, and re-pack physical documents.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and assist in preparing meeting materials.
  • Perform secretarial and general administrative duties, including updating records and responding to correspondence, emails, faxes, and billing matters.
  • Provide support for any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
