Perform case manager's role which includes:
- Supporting Insurance Specialist in ensuring a smooth process for case inception
- Prepare policy illustration and client presentation materials for insurance specialist
- Prepare policy review packs
- Arrange courier services
- Provide cross support to Wealth Planning trust admin matters where required
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 1 - 3 year's work experience in providing administrative support in a banking industry
- Able to work with different stakeholders and with good interpersonal skills
- Well organized, attentive to detail and meticulous
