Job Description:
We are looking for a APAC Benefit Operation Analyst under temporary contract (minimum 6 months with possibility of contract extension). The candidate should have prior experience in benefit operation tasks such as employee benefit registration and de-registration, data processing and reconciliation of vendor invoices, able to articulate clearly and confidently in order collaborate effectively with vendors and other cross functional stakeholders in a fast-paced and high demand environment.
Job Scope:

  • Enrollment and de-registration of employees and dependents benefit within APAC countries with vendors, including but not limited to:
    • Obtaining required information from employee
    • Review and verifying the information provided by employee
    • Clarification with vendors / employees on discrepancies
  • Review and reconcile monthly internal enrollment and termination listing for APAC countries against vendor's list to ensure no employees missed out
  • Organize enrollment/de-registration forms, vendor contract documentation (SOW / NDA / DSA) and invoices into respective shared folders
  • Review vendor invoices (either monthly / quarterly) against agreed SOW and internal report to ensure no unexpected fees billed and submit payment request
  • Consolidation of feedback from vendors on monthly basis with respective stakeholders and perform review against agreed SLA / KPI to highlight any potential missed SLA / KPI to procurement team
  • Compile the historical fees and cost billed by vendor for benefit operation based on countries
  • Assist employees' with benefit-related queries via HR on Call
  • Assist with drafting benefit FAQ communication for employees and arranging benefit talk sessions between vendors and employees
  • Assist with conducting employee satisfaction survey on benefit related topics
  • Review existing benefit operation processes and provide a step-by-step guide for easy reference and transition / handover purposes


Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree and at least 1+ years of working experience in the same portfolio for a sizeable company
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations for more than one countries in APAC.
  • Possesses hands on, functional knowledge and experience of handling Private Medical Insurance, medical checkup and other related benefit schemes or programs
  • Good in organizational skills with attention to details and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Self-starter-able to work on own initiative with excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Experience or desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced / tech start up environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting demands, and be comfortable with ambiguity
