Job Description:
You will play a key role in managing high volumes of immigration cases across the region, ensuring compliance and delivering a seamless experience to employees and stakeholders.
Job Scope:
- Manage and support high volumes of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely service delivery, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation, including data entry, system updates, and file management.
- Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent and efficient operations.
- Track and analyze key metrics and immigration data, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities to improve performance and compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Stay informed of relevant APAC immigration regulations and policy changes, helping to communicate updates and assess potential impacts on cases.
- Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, or policies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing and navigating various immigration programs or similar HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and managing large datasets.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure.
- Able to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Organisational skills with a meticulous approach to tracking cases, deadlines, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems to drive efficiency (e.g., Lark, Bitable, or similar platforms).
- Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and support process improvements where needed.
- Vendor management experience, including large scale and regional engagement.

- Contract duration: 12-month contract

- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Hybrid
