Job Scope:

• Perform the day-to-day activities of the Operations team and coordinate with managers to develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures
• Investigate application issues and tickets raised by users.
• Communicate application fixes with offshore development team
• Coordinate verification and testing of the application fixes.
• Provide updates to leads on the progress of tickets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years of application support experience; technology background on either of Java or .Net
• Ability to investigate application issues
• Ability to communicate with users and offshore development team
• Ability to provide updates to leads on progress
