Job Scope:
- Perform the day-to-day activities of the Operations team and coordinate with managers to develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures
- Investigate application issues and tickets raised by users.
- Communicate application fixes with offshore development team
- Coordinate verification and testing of the application fixes.
- Provide updates to leads on the progress of tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-3 years of application support experience; technology background on either of Java or .Net
- Ability to investigate application issues
- Ability to communicate with users and offshore development team
- Ability to provide updates to leads on progress
