Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Regional stakeholders to develop strategic business plan by driving and deliver retail productivity and profitability, KPIs growth, CRM and consumer service excellence
• Identify opportunities to drive implementation of new and improvement plans when needed
• Prepare weekly reports and follow up on outstanding issues
• Provide leadership support to business expansion, such as remodeling and new doors opening
• Lead and coordinate annual stock take process
• Coordinate and compile incentive reports, and training programs
• Display good business acumen, analyze business results, identify business trends, and maximize sales generation potential
• Ensure operational excellence across all outlets
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operation Management
• Passionate in Retail and able to engage with different level of stakeholders
• PC literate, knowledge in POS system
