• Oversee development of training standards for swabbing and serology operations and engage ground teams to ensure standards are upheld
• Plan and facilitate training sessions to support swab operations and newer testing techniques where applicable
• To support daily swab operations and update progress to management
• Oversee development and review of SOPs regularly for improvements in processes based on feedback from the labs and on-ground swab teams to support COVID 19 screening efforts for testing including newer screening tests/techniques
• Oversee Clinical Governance to ensure quality assurance and delivery of safe and effective swab and serology operations
• Ensure the standards and audit process are adhered to for all testing use cases
• Continual engagement of labs to streamline varying lab processes to support testing operations and have oversight of individual labs' gaps and ground capabilities

Requirements

• Willing to take on this 1 year'scontract role
• Prior experience in the healthcare/ clinical-related settings
• A qualified medical doctor (registered/non registered)
