  • Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process.
  • Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review.
  • Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group's standards and control.
  • Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency.


  • Minimum O Level or higher.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a support, operation, or administration role.
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office like Word, Excel etc.
  • Keen eye for details and able to multitask.
