Responsibilities

• Drive solutioning for the automation and digitalisation in Risk Control monitoring and reporting processes.
• Partner with front office traders/dealers in Treasury & Markets to drive solutions and improve business procedures/infrastructure
• Review and work with business & support units to improve processes/systems to support the products/business requirements in sales, trading, new product as well as operational risks areas.
• Support traders, sales and structurers and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve ad-hoc issues
• Drive implementation or improvement to front office processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering/IT majors or any relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in working with digital solutions or digital platforms is helpful
• Knowledge and experience in treasury or markets is prefereable in either of the following areas: Product Control, Middle Office Operations, audit, compliance or risk
• Able to think strategically but also execute end-to-end
• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confident in dealing with front office personnel
• Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
• Sound organisational skills and ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
