Business Development Specialist - Office Equipment
Scope
- Aligning with company's direction and key product focus, establish targets, clear measurements and business objectives
- Be enterprising in identifying sales opportunities, pitching products and/or services and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, with a focus on developing new partnerships
- Gain awareness and insights from current corporate partners and system integrators in their daily business development of mainstream business
- Acquire support in product presentations and end user engagement with partners, including developing quotes and proposals, negotiating and re-negotiating through various mediums
- Stay up to date with market competition and recommend competitive selling price and to value-add with unique solutions
- Implement activities such as channel programs, seminars or roadshows to achieve sales objectives and to motivate channel partners
- Prepare reports and documentation to support the business
Requirements
- Minimally a diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate partner management and exposure to B2B business
- Good communication skills with keen social awareness, possessing a mix of technical competence and acute business acumen
- Problem-solver adept at handling pressure and meeting deadlines
- Excellent time management and organization
- Prior experience in office equipment business is preferred
