Job Scopes:
- Plan and Lead the implementation plans for new business solutions in the company
- Constantly monitor and propose effective solutions to match business requirements, optimize team performance and maximize client's satisfaction
- Provide leadership to your team; manage tactical and strategic activities with focus on continuous improvement
- Supervise team members pertinent to daily operations and assigned projects
- Lead process optimization initiatives and develop robust SOPs and BCPs
- Translate the objectives into effective project plans and ensure appropriate resources are identified and deliver the desired outcomes
- Overcome challenges through effective communication and collaboration with your team and internal clients
- Set clear service and operations expectations
- Ensure regular quality control and daily task completion
- Ensure all relevant inventory and stocks are in place
- Ensure all Content and IT-related deliverables are delivered to agreed service levels
- Monitor quality of service delivery of your team and suppliers and ensure follow up
- Share recommendations for improvements across departments
- Lead initiatives to drive service and operations enhancements
- Minimize last-minute scheduling and rectification through effective planning
- Investigate damages and failure trends and make recommendations to the Management
- Monitor the workload and output of the team
- Quality check all delivery to ensure work is delivered to specifications
- Participate in tender processes, define service contracts specifications and prepare business cases
- Ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity
- Proven track record of working with multiple levels of leadership; in an operational role in technology or equivalent experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
- Experience in effective management of contractors, service providers, temporary staff and team leadership
- Proven experience in resource planning and workload distribution required
- Strong skills in project management, relationship management, and change management
- Proven structured and organized business style
- Excellent time management and project management skills
