Job Scope:
- First point of contact, meeting and greeting all visitors and customers
- Serve refreshments upon request
- Ensure the centre is clean, orderly and well-maintained
- Inspect the centre regularly and to arrange for repairs/maintenance works
- Conduct routine inventory checks on office and pantry supplies and to requisite
Administration
- Set up new users' accounts
- Monthly billing and client invoicing
- Administrative duties
- Manage suppliers/vendors by monitoring contract expiry dates and in the procurement/renewal of contracts
- Assist in debt management
Client Management
- Assist in handing over and taking over of premises when licensees/users move in/out
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Handle clients' requests in a prompt, timely and professional manner
- Deal with clients' complaints
- Assist in monitoring licence expiry dates and engage clients early for renewals
Sales
- Create and maintain customer databases
Ad Hoc
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2 years of customer/receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skill with the ability to work with people across multiple levels
Additional Information:
- Salary - S$25000 per month + 2-month bonus
- Contract Duration: 12-month
- Location: 1 Harbourfront Avenue
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm or 8.45am to 6.15pm
