Job Summary:
As Channel Sales Program Manager, you are responsible for the implementation, execution and on-going management of many of the GTM global channel programs. Further, the position will assist in reviewing program effectiveness and recommending changes and improvements for optimal program effectiveness.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to internal and external program inquiries that come to the Channel Program alias
  • Partner Rebate Center inquires, including login issues
  • Payment inquiries
  • Incentive questions
  • Collaborate and work directly with the Global Program and Incentive team as an extension of the team for the APAC region
  • Meet with APAC teams and offer any enablement and support on the GTM programs
  • Work with program team members to support incentive and MDF management process
  • Support of backend rebate administration
  • Analyze claims and determine resolution
  • Open POs, track existing POs and assist with third party tools and vendors to expedite claims process
  • Create and analyze required reports necessary for various programs
  • Create detailed analysis of effectiveness of downstream channel sales programs through our partner ecosystem

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in use of Salesforce.com
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on complex sales and rebate process
  • Good understanding of channel MDF programs and process
  • Work closely with WW team in the US and as well as with the local APAC team

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Must be analytical, with sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to implement processes and see them through to completion
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects
  • Excellent customer service skills

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience developing and implementing complex channel programs and processes.
  • Experience in sales operations, channel marketing and enablement, channel MDF programs and program management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
