Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and scan all incoming correspondence (including and not limited to claim forms, invoices, etc)
  • Handle of outstanding invoices/ Statement of Accounts from service providers
  • Prepare and send out letters/ outgoing cheques and Claim Handler's instructions
  • Check for incoming & outgoing, reply & accept Barometer of Liability Agreement
  • Create and monitor Constructive Total Loss tender on claim handler instructions
  • Handling emails from Motor Claims inbox, and all admin related duties



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is good to have
  • Independent and fast learner, able to grasp processes and system quickly
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented
