We are looking to hire for one of our clients who are expanding their workforce. Some of the key responsibilities include: review and enforce the quality of service policy and regulatory frameworks, including public education and awareness programmes, on the telecommunications, media and postal services in Singapore, with the objective of ensuring that there is good quality of services for consumers and businesses.

The successful candidate shall be responsible, among others, for the following:

1. Formulate, enforce and review regulatory policies on quality of service frameworks for telecommunications, media and postal services in Singapore
2. Analyse, review and recommend methods of monitoring, measuring and educating consumers on the quality of service for telecommunications, media and postal services
3. Steer multi-government agencies projects or collaborations to facilitate infrastructure deployment to improve the quality of service for telecommunications, media and postal services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering or Business.
• At least 2 years' experience, preferably telecommunications, media or postal field or in public policy. Candidates with no prior experience may also apply.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, media, postal and infocomm technology.
• Familiarity with public policy and policy formulation process is an added advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
