Job scopes;

• To market and sell the venue to corporate clients
• Implement sales strategies to promote the Centre's services
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
• Establish client's contacts and initiate sales efforts
• Market and sell Centre's facilities and services to potential clients
• Assist to benchmark cost, service and delivery against competitors
• Recommend and executive appropriate strategies on business processes, products and services to improve Centre's competitive edge
• Manage customer feedback after an event and recommend areas for improvement
• Work closely with the Experience Management team to secure repeat business
• Follow-up on enquiries and tentative bookings
• Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are being adhered to
• Attend trade shows to obtain information and secure more sales for the Centre
• Any other duties assigned
