Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts of creative-led projects
• Ensure clients' needs are met and their questions are answered promptly
• Develop project plans and timelines and adhering to project milestones and timeline
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project service deliveries are achieved
• Prepare and presenting project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders
• Identify business development opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
• Ensure accuracy of project documentation
• Stay relevant and keep abreast of market environment to ensure organizations competitiveness
• Assist the Creative Director to market our services to new and existing clients

Requirements

• Qualification in creative, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management (preferably in a creative agency or related industry)
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management software, such as Asana or Trello
• Understanding of creative processes and terminology
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage client expectations
