Main Purpose Of Role:
The Customer Business Solutions (CBS) is in charge of commercializing and implementing Bollore Global Business Solutions offer among customers. He/she shall take into consideration commercial, operational and IS constraints so as to propose and implement a customer oriented optimized solution while using standard modules.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and formalize customers business solutions needs (Track and Trace, EDI, Reporting, etc.)
Design, implement, deploy and maintain of the customer business solutions
Lead customer presentations and demonstrations. Maintain presentation materials
Manage project analysis, coordination & support for deployment activity
Drafting and communication of all required operational procedures within the company subsidiaries
Maintenance of accounts documentation and operational procedures
Through regular training & awareness session, bring management & sales team to a suitable level of knowledge on our CBS tools portfolio

Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.
Good interpersonal skills
Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks
Must have Good verbal and written communications skills.
Must have very strong problem solving skills.
A strong knowledge about computer applications and relevant software
Knowledge and experience in delivering technology solutions
