Job Scope

• Support operations in Coverage Project activities, including research work, data entry, coordination, and documentation.
• Assist with preparation of reports and performance tracking of the Coverage Project.
• Manage and ensure successful E2E merchant on-boarding process including checking acceptance (as a mystery shopper), POP placement, terminal checking and testing, training the operation's staff on terminal usage.
• Perform a variety of marketing and administrative functions to support the team
• Assist to support the team on the merchant onboarding process.
• High proficient usage knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Reports to Senior Manager, Head of Small Merchants Acquisition

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma of any equivalent field.
• Proficient in MS Excel (MS Excel Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot table function etc)
• Keen eye for details and accuracy
• Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Time management, excellent presentation skills and project management/facilitation history.
• Team player who has exceptional presentation skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines
