Responsibilities

• Perform treasury-related duties including group cash flow reporting and management, loan portfolio monitoring, financing structuring, debt sourcing, documentation and financial risk management.
• Work with project teams on finance-related areas including financial due diligence, tax structuring, funding and assessment.
• Perform financial analysis of the group's investments and coordinate valuation exercises.
• Review of the Group's financials and preparation of periodic financial reporting material for senior management.
• Support the Group's strategic planning and budgeting exercises.
• Perform similar financial duties in other ad-hoc projects or assignments.

Requirements

• Good Degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA or equivalent and preferably Singapore CA.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably with big four audit experience. Commercial, investment deals and/or group consolidation experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare financial models, assess risks and present findings.
• Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
