Job Scope:
- Support 3 directors
- General Office Support
- Pre-onboarding for new hire
- Liaise with Facilities team on workstation allocation, office access pass and new starter kit (stationeries)
- Liaise with IT team to setup monitor and docking-station
- Share runbook on Operations Process Systems - Concur (travel/expenses), Corporate Credit Card, IT Service Desk
- Receiving mail/package and passing it on as needed
Office Support for the 3 Directors
- Travel and expenses
- Flight booking, visa application and business expenses
- Meeting and Event
- Organize Internal group meeting / event
- Booking of meeting room in SG office for any meeting
- Onboarding for New Hire
- Request for Hardware (laptop, monitor, mobile phone, peripherals)
- Name card printing
- Introductory meeting setup
- General administration
- Signature for contracts, MSA, agreements, etc
- Overseas courier e.g. letters, etc.
Buddy System with Executive Assistant (vice versa)
- Travel - flight booking and visa application
- General administration
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree holder preferably with secretarial training.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MNC environment and supporting senior management level
- Positive attitude, self-initiative and independent
- Able to interact and contribute effectively with others in the team.
- A multi-tasker with ability to organize and manage simultaneous projects.
- Possess excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Additional Information:
- Contract duration: 12-month contract, possible conversion
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
