Responsibilities:
- Providing admin support to the department
- Manage roadshows, entertainment, events
- Handle client-related requests (meetings/ conference calls scheduling, generation of past activities report for broker reviews, conference registration, restaurant/ hotel/ transport bookings, etc)
- Handle travel related booking/arrangement
- Drafting minutes
- Handle new joiner/ leaver matters (info updates, GSRs, regulatory reporting)
- Handle corporate gifts to clients (budget approval, worldcheck, list compilation, delivery, final approval)
- Assist visitors in obtaining access and desk/ pc
- Process expense reimbursements for the team
- And other ad-hoc requests from the department
Requirement:
- At least 4 years of experience in the secretarial role
- Must be familiar with Company Act (ACRA)
- ICSA preferred
- Available immediately
