Reporting to - European Director

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Assist senior management team withtravel arrangements. Lodging and meal planning as needed
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

Requirements

• Able to start at short-notice is advantageous
• Min 5 years of experiences including serving C-suite Executives

• Central
• 5 days week
