Executive, Human Resource - Generalist - Paya Lebar $4000

Responsibilities:

• Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, with focus on store level recruitment
• Manage on-boarding, orientation and off-boarding process
• Administer payroll
• Work Passes related Matters
• Ensure MOM records relating to foreign workers are updated
• Administer government-paid leave claims, funding and grant supports
• Administer employee insurance, benefits and claims
• Ensure employee records in p/files & HRIS are accurately updated
• Submit and follow up on Work Injury Compensation claims
• Prepare HR Reports
• Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
• General administration duties, such as, verification of claims, stationeries, uniforms, safety shoes
• Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned
