Up to S$6.5K / Expert Lead, Performance and Reward / CBD / Contract role
Our client is a Dutch company in the banking industry. We are looking for individual who thrive in a fast-paced environment as an Expert Lead, Performance and Reward. The role will partner closely with the HR Business Partners and other Centre of Excellence (COEs) in the execution of local /regional initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the delivery of the annual pay and benefits review, including performance management, promotions, salary increases, bonuses, stock/shares awards etc for the Asia region.
  • Coordination of annual compensation process for salary review and variable bonus awards.
  • Partners and consults with HR Business Partners, People Services and other team members to implement and deliver on daily tasks or projects assigned.
  • Manage market data process, including surveys and individual benchmarking, including vendor management.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of benefits programs, e.g. Employee Assistance Program, Insurance review/renewals for the countries in Asia.
  • Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
  • Supports the ad-hoc Reward projects including Global Job Architecture, day to day queries from employees and HR on P&R matters. E.g. benefits claim.
  • Works with P&R team to ensure consistent P&R policies and practices are applied across all employees.
  • Ensure the HR processes comply with control standards according to local regulatory requirements and ING Group / Guidelines.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing effective relationships to deliver services and support to both managers and employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Analytical and numerically inclined, strong conceptualization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands and meet deadlines

  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
