Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical capacity and tools for the team.
• Build and maintain a robust financial forecast model and perform scenario analysis across various economic conditions and growth.
• Extract, validate and analyse commercial and operational raw data to enable clear and concise reporting on actual and forecast performance including price, mix and volume analysis for margin improvements.
• Evaluation of profitability and KPI performance across departments leveraging centralization of data and reporting tools.
• Improve forecast and budget analysis, new business model initiatives, review of site performance
• Build relationships across business constituencies and stakeholders.
• Prepare and assist in presentment of financial performance reporting packages including preparation of investor, lender, and board materials, and analysis of key growth drivers and trends impacting the business.

Requirements

• 5 years' work experience in FP&A
• Experience working in manufacturing environment
• Enthusiastic and innovative with results driven focus
• Engaging personality with ability to build relationships at all level of the organization and across multiple functions
• Advance Excel skills, MS office and data management
