Reponsibilities:

• Import/Export operations management (FG)
• Billing for sea FCL/LCL, and Air, weekly settlement report
• POD and custom permit update
• Handle enquiries and quotation, issue resolution for internal and external customers
• Back up for service parts operation and custom permit declaration

Requirements:

• Singapore citizen
• Diploma holder
• Minimally 4-5 years of work experience handle import and export operations, preferably from a 3PL perspective
• System knowledge: MS Excel, Portnet, Tradenet
• Problem solving know-how, with good initiative
• Preferably able to start within short notice
