• To be align with company values and mission and convey it to all stakeholders and media
• To understand and analyse market changes and oversees product line performance
• To identify key opportunities in areas such as strategic partnership, joint ventures etc
• To develop strategic plans and conjure strategies that is align with vision of company and its management team
• To evaluate the risks in new projects, partnerships and to take precaution to reduce risks that might arises from such projects
• To develop capital and budget plans for new business projects, plans etc
• To be an effective communicator and work closely with all stakeholders to implement strategies and new projects
• Closely monitor performances, new business plans and to measure their effectiveness and keep a close look at its progress
• To engage in fundraising efforts in align with company's identity

Requirements

• Min 12 years of relevant experiences in strategic planning, corporate leadership
• With a proven track record in financial decision making, leaderships and decision-making ability
• Excellent communicator and ability to handle projects from start to end

Location

• Jurong East
• 5 days' work week
