Job Scope:

  • Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration
  • Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date
  • Work pass management: application, renewal, cancellation
  • Filling of HR documents
  • Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing
  • Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels
  • Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
  • Any other HR & GA functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Initiative and willing to learn
  • Client focus and proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Team orientation
  • Detail-oriented

Additional Information:

  • Salary - Up to S$4K
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Pasir Panjang
