Responsibilities
- Manage work pass application and related matters
- Process monthy payroll and prepare statutory submission and reports
- Course coordination & registration, ensuring information is updated promptly in the training files.
- In charge of employee separation process such as cancellation of work pass and computation of final salary and tax clearance (for foreigners)
- Administering staff flexi-benefit which includes attending to related queries, resolve staff claim issues and liaise with 3rd party health vendors.
- Timely process of HR invoices in Finance billing system and meet month end deadline
- Manage company phone matters, including mobile phone line renewal and issuance.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
