Job Descriptions:
- Handles recruitment of non-exempt staff such as technicians/assistant (Arrange interviews, prepare salary proposal etc)
- In charge of application/renewal of work passes
- Oversee contract renewal for the non-exempt staff
- Handles employee referral programmes
- Participate in the new recruitment strategies i.e. Career Talks, MOU on work study program, Interns, and all the funding projects, i.e. CCP, JRR
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor's in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other equivalent discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in HR related fields in manufacturing industry
- Possess good communication skills and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
