Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned teams
- Help to arrange for appointments such as meetings and interviews
- Manage invoices and vendors to ensure payments are accurate and paid timely
- Assist to maintain costs projections and budget utilization
- Prepare reports and perform simple data analysis
- Process submission of claim forms and put up approval for purchases
- Assist in planning events such as trainings, meetings etc
Job Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen
- Diploma in any discipline
- Good excel and numerical skills
- Basic knowledge of excel functions
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to multi-task well
