Role & Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition
* Work with Hiring Manager on manpower recruitments and draft Job Description.
* Determine the budget based on internal compensation policy
* Simulate and propose salary based on internal compensation policy and practices and gathering of candidates' compensation information
* Responsible for candidate offer in terms negotiation, letter of offer preparation, candidate compensation briefing
Performance Management
* Manage the full suite of annual performance review cycle including communications with all stakeholders (Management, Functional Heads and Employees)
* Work closely with function heads to ensure performance management exercises are properly executed and completed on time

Compensation and Benefits
* Manage the local annual pay review, promotion and bonus exercise, computing merit increase and bonus pay out
* Participate in Singapore Towers Watson salary benchmarking surveys
* Manage employees benefits both expatriates and locals
* Manage vendors, monitor expiration of benefits such as insurance, review and make recommendations in terms of costing and service level performance of vendors


Regional Compensation
* Participate in Global Mobility project as a task force member
* Support in international assignments working with Japan Headquarter and group companies in reviewing international assignments compensation and benefits, coordinating relocation activities and contracts preparation
* Support in gathering salary benchmarking data, compensation review when required and providing advice and guidance
* Assist in executives remuneration review and recommendation preparation


Experience
* Degree in any discipline with a specialist Diploma in Compensation and Benefits
* Minimum more than 5 years of HR compensation specialist experience involved in in regional compensation and benefits in the Asean or Asia Pacific region
* Involved in Executive Remuneration review
* Good knowledge of total rewards operations processes
* Strong communication and multiple stakeholders management skills
