Descriptions
- Proactively provide HR solutions to subsidiaries in Asia countries
- Implement grading systems to subsidiaries
- Create succession planning guideline fpr organization
- Support subsidiaries to create leadership & managerial training programs in certain countries
- Create increment policy & guideline to ensure market competitiveness on compensation in each subsidiary
- Create and lead group guidelines for collective bargaining for union relationship
- Support regional leadership training program
- Conduct rater's training program and health program
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR related fields
- Experience working in manfacturing company
- Experience on implementing HR information system
- Basic knowledge of HR labor law in each Asian country
- Willing to travel on business trips in Asia region
