Descriptions
- Proactively provide HR solutions to subsidiaries in Asia countries by cooperating with Managing Directors and other management positions in each company as a Business Partner
- Implement grading systems to subsidiaries especially for technical positions
- Create succession planning guideline to ensure all key positions have a successor
- Support subsidiaries to create leadership & managerial training programs in certain countries
- To assist in increment policy & guideline to ensure market competitiveness on compensation in each subsidiary
- Group guidelines for collective bargaining to manage company and labor union relationship
- Take initiative on promotion activities and health promotion and welfare of employees
- Support Asia regional leadership training program
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Experience in handling HR full spectrum in manufacturing company
- Experience on implementing HR information system or processing the system
- Good understanding of labor laws in Asia region
- Willing to travel on business trips in Asia region
