- To be responsible for payroll processing for more than 300 employees
- Including monthly CPF contribution, annual tax declaration, Income Tax Clearance for Foreign Staff, NS Made-up Pay Claims and Government Grant Administration (eg. Government funded paid Maternity Leave).
- To maintain the payroll system to ensure accurately and information is updated
- To generate payroll reports and oversees variance analysis for reconciliation and management to review
- To ensure payroll documentations are in check for internal and external audits
- To resolve any payroll related issues and respond to payroll-related enquiries
- To be willing to take on ad-hoc duties at times
- Responsible for the entire spectrum of HR activities with emphasis in recruitment and selection processes
- Partner with the business leaders to deliver the talent strategy which should encompass attraction, development and retention of employees
- Facilitate and deliver timely resolution to complex and urgent employee relation issues
Requirements
- Min 2 years of payroll experiences with Time-soft proficiency
- Able to handle high volume of payroll and able to work at a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
