Responsibilities:
- Perform HR support for APAC region (Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore) like:
- Assist APAC managers and business unit heads on talent acquisition
- Maintain regular contact with APAC employees and business unit designees to address questions and concerns on employee relations issues and guidance regarding company policies and procedures
- Drafting employment contracts and letters
- Work with HRBP (Japan) on timesheet and leave management
- Interact with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Finance, Legal and Global HR department) to ensure smooth delivery of overall HR administration process like:
- Learning & Development: Training Workshop and Webinar
- Global Mobility: Ensure smooth transition for employees' job transition and relocation
- Benefits: Interact with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract and wellness program management
- Assist in developing, administering, and communicating key HR projects geared towards strategic focus and key initiatives of the HR department
- Periodical review and administer new HR policies and processes across APAC regions
- Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory trends which ensure up-to-date compliance with regional employment laws
- Manage onboarding (orientation, insurance enrollment) and off-boarding
- Manage Insurance yearly renewal and act as a liaison contact between insurance brokers and employees
- Track monthly APAC payroll log and year end remuneration filing
- Assist in statutory reimbursement (Childcare leaves)
- Participate in Global Corporate Citizenship as charity committee and coordinate charity events
- Assist in yearly internal and external audit review process
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource, business administration or related majors
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations/ Coordinator role.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good to have excel skills
