RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate Pre-Employment Requirements
> Liaise Work Pass online application with 3rd party partner up to support issuance of work pass and arrangement of MOM card registration, if need be |
> Coordinate the entry approval letter and booking of airticket from origin country to Singapore & arrangement of hotel for SHN, if need be |
> Arrangement of medical examination in Singapore and collection of medical report |
> Collect pre-employment documents necessary for payroll processing |
> Record employee data in the tracking file |
Employee's On Boarding Process |
> Trigger the new hire joining notification to stakeholders |
> Coordinate employee badge with Security following the pre-boarding requirements |
> Remind the employee of start day |
> Coordinate the HR Orientation schedule with stakeholders |
Employee's Exit Process |
> Booking of flights and pre-departure test back to home country |
> Work with HR Manager on the final pay computation |
> Facilitate exit interview and collect exit clearance form & other documents / items from employee |
Audit Support
- Check or verify completeness of records in the P-file following list of items and target groups required for the audit
- Compile required documents in digital copy (e.g., medical report, employee contract, code of conduct, etc.)
Support other administration tasks |
-Summarize list of new joiners and resignees to Payroll and provide required documents following the cut-off period |
> Liaise and support actions required for other HR process, as requested by HR Manager (e.g., print of letters for employee milestone, compensation letters, gifts in kind, etc) |
> Support the housing audit process |
