Job Description

  • Assist in the reviewing of current Performance and Rewards structure, market benchmark and job grade structure
  • Support the full suite of annual performance review and rewards cycle
  • Participate in related market surveys and research on best practices on employee rewards methodology
  • Collect and analyse data through analytic, draw insights and present results/ proposals
  • Account Servicing to line departments in acquiring the right talent
  • Involve in the whole suite of Talent Acquisition functions such as draft job advertisements, liaise with agencies for ad placements on suitable platforms etc
  • Administer and enhance the Human Resource Information System
  • Any other projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource/Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Compensations & Benefits.
  • Meticulous; analytical, insightful with a structured thought process
  • Good numerical acumen, highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
