Responsibilities
- To handle full Spectrum of HR duties
- Handling recruitment, including liaising with hiring managers, interviewing candidates and sourcing for the right candidate for openings
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding process
- Able to handle payroll for blue collar workers within the organization (300 Headcount)
- To Handle 2 payroll runs per month
- Able to address employee inquiries related to HR Policies, Benefits and other HR matters
- To oversee work pass matters of foreign workers
- Administer Leave, deductions and claims for workers
- Administer employee timesheets
Requirements
- Full time Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration
- At least 3 years of proven solid HR generalist experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
