Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services.
- Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers and employees.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including various monthly reports for local and overseas.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Compliance with HR policies and procedures with all local audits & statutory.
- Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees' queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.
- Any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
- At least 3 year(s) working experience in related field.
- Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Independent and meticulous team player with the ability to multi-task
